Excellent service received @ FNB Brackenfell
Good Morning HelloPeter
I would just like to thank Sharon the supervisor at FNB Brackenfell for taking the time to listen to my query and handling my complaint in the correct way, and although the issue hasn't been totally resolved, due to circumstances that were unfortunately out of Sharons control as the systems were down when calling the call center.
Besides the great service Sharon provided this morning I would also like to compliment all the staff at FNB Brackenfell as everytime I've been to the branch the staff have been more than willing to go above and beyond, and I believe that this is due to how Sharon as a supervisor trains and treats her staff.
Once again I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Sharon and the team, I really appreciate all the help.
