Excellent Service. Not from the company, but the Employee, Ayanda Mnisi.

I have recently received the worst service ever from FNB Card Division. It has take well over 15 attempted phone calls, dealings with over 10 of the most *********** call centre staff and even "Management". As a result, I eventually decided to close my Credit Card. This in itself was a nightmare of going through the same electronic menu over and over again. (Someone look into it as I needed to enter my ID number more than once and when I eventually spoke to someone they asked for it again).

However, when I eventually got hold of someone, my experienc ewas totally different Ayanda Mnisi from Credit Card Retentions was more than helpful. She was coherent, understanding and more than anything I have ever experienced from anyone at FNB, Accountable. Within seconds, she had instigated the e-mail correspondence for a settlement figure and copied me in on th email. (Will be interesting to see what, if anythinng, happens next). This is in vast contrast to any other dealings I've had, where no-one could care less, e-mails were not responded to, calls were not returned and I was passed from pillar to post.

Well done and thank you Ayanda.

Kind regards from a very happy ABSA client and very disgruntled FNB Client.

Doug Turvey
