Excellent Service McLaren Morema from FNB Main Street JHB

What a great and refreshing experience to have been assisted by McLaren earlier today. I called Private Wealth twice on two consecutive days with my wife for assistance to no avail. I finally went to Main St branch where McLaren took it upon himself to assist me with a complex query right through to resolution. Your diligence and care reminded me of why I bank with FNB. Had it not been for you assisting me for over 2 hours straight. I might have gone to the bank "next door". Thank you! I hope FNB realise what an asset you are!
