Excellent service from Zodwa!

I would love to write a review about the excellent service we received in FNB to open our NPO business account. There is an amazing Lady by the name Zodwa in FNB Maponya Mall (Soweto).

She is a gem! She understands what it means to be helpful. The process was not easy as we first visited the branch on a Saturday and there was no one who assist with business accounts but she was not dismissive, she embraced us and gave us information and took our contact details to help us set an appointment.

On Wednesday when we got there for the appointment the system was not working, she still remained helpful and took our documents and assured us that it will be sorted and finally on Thursday we had our account opened remotely and she was the middle man between us and the business banker! We are so impressed with her, she is warm, helpful and knows how to connect with people on a personal level and really just be human with us. Please if there is anyway you can give her a reward or incentive for her outstanding service please do so! If I was CEO I would give her a very big salary increase and promote her to train people on excellent customer service! Oh Zodwa you are a Star sisi 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
