Excellent Service from the Woodmead FNB branch

Good day,

I recently broke my phone and somehow blocked my fnb profiles and online banking profile, then I went to the chatsworth fnb for assistance, and she could not assist me, and told me I need to go to home affairs,

I then went to the Woodmead branch where a young lady by the name of Busi assisted me greatly and assisted me with activating the online profile again and resetting all my passwords to login,

I now can login to the app and the online profile on the net,

Busi is very courteous and was able to understand my request and listened to what actually transpired, she did not assume like the lady in Chatsworth branch that did not listen, and assumed I needed a letter from Home Affairs,
