Excellent service from the Ops manager

I just would like to thank Thami simelan the Ops Manager at the fnb cresta branch. I had a huge horrible issue with mu easy zero account where my funds were held back due to my tax money being paid and was over the amount allowed in an easy zero account. Thami had literally wentt out of hid way to make sure he assisted me before i left the branch and he did indeed and i am so grateful for his help. Thami indeed deserves some kind of recognition be it a promotion or increase whatever the case hes an asset to fnb. Thank you again thami
