Excellent service from Nonduduzo Dlamini @ 359 West Street

I just wanna give a compliment for Nonduduzo Dlamini from 359 West Street branch for her excellent service..I opened the business account online and I have been asked to send document for my account to be activated with no luck..until I came to Nonduh who assisted me with the smile she activated my business account, downloaded the app for me and also educated me how to browse through my FNB APP and it didn't end there she also offered me a personal account . I was so impressed with her service ..keep up the good work, we really need people like her in the customer service industry, I am so delighted to join FNB as a customer.
