Excellent service from Mary at fnb klerksdorp branch.

My card was retained by an ATM at kanana on the 14/06/2024 and money was taken out of my account and same day I went to Fnb Klerksdorp branch and was assisted by a lady named Mary,I really got a great service from her from the time I got to the branch till the end.she logged a ***** case on my behalf and has been doing follow ups to check if I will get my money back,today am happy to say I got my money back(22/07/2024)...we need more people like her who go an extra mile for clients,may she keep up the good work she does and the patience she has.
