Excellent Service from Lobisa FNB

Lobisa from FNB call centre was an absolute pleasure to speak with. After no sleep due to someone running debits on my account at 22pm Friday 24th March and actually watching the debits going off my account, i had the common sense to transfer the balance immediately to my second FNB account. I had no sleep wondering how i would have to deal with this to secure putting the money back as all my debit orders run on that account. Lobisa was patient, let me speak and then provided information giving me absolute peace of mind. She canceled the card and helped me request a new card as I wanted to learn how to do this myself. Once card was canceled I could safely transfer monies back into the account. It took me within an hour to complete everything I needed to do including logging a case with *****line. Being advised I would receive a new card delivered to my door within 3 working days. I have been with FNB from when they were Barclay's bank and will never move. Its consultants like Lobisa that give FNB a great name and ofcourse everyone heard about my experience and awesome service. Thank you Lobisa.
