I cannot how express how considerate, helpful and efficient a particular employee at your Margate branch has been. Keshnee Naicker’s effective assistance to my family not only when I needed help but over the past few years is enormously appreciated. She also assisted my difficult to handle parents with unparalleled professionalism and respect. I haven’t received this level of competence and understanding coupled with genuine consideration for a customer anywhere. She is a real asset to FNB.
