excellent service from Kenosi Modige

I really feel the need to compliment Mr Kenosi Modiga on the EXCELEENT SERVICE which he gave me.<br> <br> I was contacted regarding a credit card application and on acceptance I have had the worse experience ever. To be honest had it not been for my final call to Kenosi I would of opted to go with Standard Bank despite the fact that they were offering me a higher interest rate of 20% per annum. I have spent over 45 minutes been pushed from pillar to post, on numerous calls and still not receiving the assistance I required. I have even been transferred during a conversation without even been informed of same on more than one occasion.<br> <br> Perhaps consultants like Kenosi should supervise or offer mentorship to some of your staff.<br> <br> He was very professional, answered all my queries which were not addressed adequately on the quotation in a manner that a person who is not a numbers person like myself could understand.<br> <br> I trust that superiors acknowledged such persons more particularly because I earlier on went through your platinum lounge but was quickly transferred by another consultant who didn't even both to attempt to assist me.<br>
