Excellent service from Kelly Filda!
After a very frustrating 18 years with my bank, I decided enough was enough and to open a FNB account. I prepared myself to be frustrated with the process, but great was my surprise when all I received was excellent, friendly service! The lady I dealt with explained everything in detail and within the first couple of seconds I realized I am getting far more benefits from FNB than my current bank! Opening an account literally took a couple of minutes and I am left with a huge smile on my face. I have not had a smile on my face dealing with a bank in 18 years! Kelly Filda, FNB has a gem in you! You are my hero of the day! Your friendly and professional way of dealing with clients truly goes beyond expectations. You are a lady!
