Excellent Service from International Card Division at FNB

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I recently received from the international card division of FNB

I am currently abroad and needed a new bank card to be delivered urgently to me in Thailand . The thought of having to request assistance from such a distance, was daunting to say the least, however I was delightfully surprised by the amazingly efficient staff in the card division..

Their professionalism and sense of urgency was truly outstanding! I received my new card within a week! I was so impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The entire experience left me feeling confident that I am truly with the best bank in SA!

I just wanted to let management know that they truly have a powerhouse of a team working in the international card division and they are a huge asset to the First rand group…. It’s so refreshing to receive such excellent service in a country that seems to have forgotten the importance of customer care.
