Wow, wow, wow, just want to say a big thank you to Gugu(didn't manage to get her surname) but what amazing service from this patient, well mannered and most helpful person, she really went the extra mile and gaveme the best service i have ever encountered, in times were good service is so rare, Gugu did show me that good service still does exist, and she should be acknowledged for this, she is truly an excellent representation of what FNB stands for.
