Excellent service from fnb Secunda mall

I went to FNB Secunda mall and I was helped by Jacob Hlophe, the bank was full and most of us had to use the phone in the branch, he went an extra mile by phoning the fnb call center with his own cell phone to ensure that some of us get help. He is such a good person with excellent customer service, he goes around the bank to check on each and every customer. If all the fnb stuff was like him, fnb would a very good bank.
