Excellent service from FNB PCB Operations

BIG thank you to Melissa Da Silva from FNB - PCB Operations. She sorted out an issue we had for months with FNB and their FICA department. Her communication is excellent. I wish all the FNB staff we had trouble with during the process could follow her as an example of how you deal with customers. I will keep my business with FNB as a result.
