Excellent service from FNB Northmead Branch

I would like to express my sincere thank you to the gentleman at Northmead Branch who helped on Friday to resolve a problem I had with my History Payments. This is after trying secure chat and submitting 2 complaints. Complaints ***NF and ***NF to which I have not heard a single word from FNB. I assume the poor guy at Northmead will never get the recognition he deserves.
