Excellent service from FNB

I recently had the misfortune of unauthorised amounts being debited to my FNB account.I called at the Table Bay Mall branch of FNB and was attended to by one of the most helpful, friendly staff members who was called Zuzu. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was able to resolve the issue, within an extremely short space of time. What a pleasure it was concluding my business with her.
