Excellent service from complaints team

I want to send a complement to Wendell Titus from the complaints department. I had an ongoing issue which the branch couldn't assist me with. I then sent in a complaint and my case was handled by Wendell Titus. He made sure my issue was resolved within minutes and he communicated with me through the entire process. He was very attentive and I can not thank him enough.
