Excellent service from Bongi.

This review applies to an individual - Bongi Ngidi. I have been trying for over a month to update my bank account name to my married surname and have emailed multiple addresses and had at least 3 secure chat sessions none of which helped. When I called I got put through from one person to another and finally reached Bongi who stayed on the line while I resent the email directly to her and she had my details confirmed and updated less than 15 minutes later. So happy. She even then went above and beyond by completing a form I needed to confirm my details. Thank you Bongi!
