Excellent Service from Banker Dau

I recieved an excellent service from Banker Dau. I was very disappointed with FNB/RMB when I lodged a complaint via HelloPeter since my home loan application and the home loan switch from Standard Bank to FNB were declined without reason. I was about to move my banking to other banks. She handled my case very well. I appreciate her professionalism. She always called and updated me on what was going on. She explained everything in the home loan quotation and answered all of my questions. I even got better interest rates through her assistance with negotiations.
