Excellent service from a staff member

FNB Greenpoint, Nopinkie, gave me excellent service. It is such a pleasant change to deal with someone who goes out of their way to assist a customer. She is a great asset to your business. I had tried calling the customer service number and the person who answered was totally incapable of being of any assistance. I had to physically go to the branch and even though they had already closed, Nopinkie came outside to find out what the problem was. When I went to the bank the next day she greeted me and was in the process of already sorting out the problem. Now that is what I call service!
