What a pleasure it was dealing with Jacques from FNB Centurion!<br> <br> Firstly, not realizing that I actually went to the wrong department (I hadn't realized that card collections are completely separate.) Jacques was still more than willing to help because he knew that I had waited quite long during the lunch rush! He truly went the extra mile as there were still some errors with a previous account that I had with FNB and he managed to sort everything out in a speedy manner. After we were done he assisted me in changing my pin and depositing information as well and then extended his services to me anytime in the future should I need assistance.<br> <br> FNB, I'm not sure if you realize the amazing employee that you have at your Centurion branch, but he definitely needs to be recognized as a valued employee.<br> <br> I know that if I ever have any issues in the future I will seek Jacques assistance first hand!<br> <br> Well done!
