Excellent Service - ***** DEPARTMENT - 4Days later fully Refunded!!!

<p>On the 20th of May 2016 I (my business) was ****med/de*****ed R83005.37 which I personally EFTd to a cartel account <strong>GM LETHAL MANUFACTURING, FNB: ***1</strong> who stage themselves as THE ONLY SUPPLIER OF "Y2K Solar Geysers 150L 20201" the so called Department of Health put in their RFQ specification. The so called Department sent an RFQ on the genuin department of health letter head from an email address which look like the department'. 2hrs later when I realize this was a ***** I immidiately contacted FNB ***** call centre where lady called Sibongile Simelane who calmed me down by calmely assisted me and assured me that I will be refunded my full <strong>amount (R83 005.37)</strong> as soon as the investigation is concluded, she further gave instructions of what I need to do in the meantime to speedup the process. Sa****ay morning I emailed my affidavid, cas number, **** Department of Health RFQ , **** invoice from GM Lethal Manufacturing aand all other supporting documentation. Monday 23rd May morning 2 days later I recieved an email from Makgake Charles Makgake a ***** analyst from FNB who assured me again that the above mentioned account is blocked and the whole amount I was de*****ed is available to claim, he just asked for the POP and the cas number. Today is the 26th of May 2016 (4<strong>DAYS LATER</strong>) I recieved a bank sms notification with my cas number as reference, an amount of <strong>R83 405.37</strong> is paid back into my business account.
