Excellent Service - FNB Eastgate

<p>Excellent service I had at FNB Eastgate. I arrived at 12h59 and they were closing at 13h00 but I was warmly welcomed with a smile by Portia. She then asked Simphiwe Khumalo to assist me, Simphiwe was very patient with me as there's a lot that I didn’t understand in regards to a cheque account aswel as other accounts that I wanted to open.</p> <p> </p> <p>He gave me options on different accounts that they offer and he opened a suitable account for my needs without being irritated by so many questions that I was asking and the fact that I came a minute before their closing time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep it up Simphiwe and thank you Portia for the warm welcome.</p>
