On 9 May 2026 someone used my cloned credit card to buy food and take aways in a town more than 80 km from where I stay. The moment I received the sms for the transactions, I immediately contacted the FNB ***** line and reported the ******* transactions. FNB investigated the matter and I received a full refund on the amount that the *****sters took from my credit card. Thank you FNB - this is one of the reasons I am a committed and loyal customer.
