Excellent service FNB

This morning I went to FNB N1CITY CT. When I got in was received with a warm welcome by a lady named Buyisa Mphutlane.

The system was extremely slow but this lady she assured us and made us comfortable in waiting imagine we ended up chatting with other ladies because of how much she assured us that we will be helped.

I was then helped by Hafeez Abraham's. Man ow man you even forgot the next appointment because the service was A+.

He was so thorough ,I ended up doing things that I had postponed to do in terms of my banking.

The professionalism, attention to detail. At some point I felt like I was with a the******. Thank you FNB for such people who help beyond banking. Such kindness and love that I received it made me want to come for other products as well.
