Excellent service Eastgate branch

This review is a little bit late but I hope it reaches the intended party. I was helped by Lynne at the Eastgate branch, I was supposed to rate her service from my app but couldn’t find where to do it, even when we tried whilst still in the branch there was a system error. I asked for help on fnb social page but didn’t receive a response. That said, I’d like to rate Lynne 5 stars for excellent customer service.
