EXCELLENT SERVICE DELIVERY

I visited FNB (Galleria) about 2 weeks ago. I had rushed to get there before the closing time. Upon my arrival, Vivek Beignath (please mind the spelling) was already busy with 2 other clients. Regardless of this, he was still be able to assist me, along with the 2 other clients, at the same time! Given the fact that he was assisting 3 clients at once, his service was excellent and his feedback was timeous on spot on! Well done Vivek!!
