Excellent service

On 15 May my husband and I proceeded to Vosloorus FNB where we received an exceptional service from Sfiso Thwala. I had an eezy zero account and needed to access my funds since amount deposited exceeded limits. We had a one week old baby with us since there was no one to look after the baby because we renting. My husband could not carry the baby because of cultural and religious reasons. Sfiso made arrangements that I sign the documents outside since I could not enter with baby in bank.
