Excellent service Clifford

Special thanks to Clifford at FNB Short Term Insurance call centre. After receiving pathetic service from FNB as a whole for over a week, Clifford went above and beyond to ensure good customer service.

He remained calm and respectful, despite me being particularly frustrated.

FNB has a lot to learn Clifford deserves a raise, he is the example of good customer service
