Excellent service

I have been serviced by the bank since I moved to rustenburg from johannesburg. For the past 4to 5 years, the branch has been exceeding my expectations. Look, I am a retired professional but still actively working and needing the bank that understands and respect me as an individual regardless my age, I found that bank at Waterfall mall branch. I am given service just like anyone else, not being looked down upon as aged, the bank explained and introduced me to internet banking, I never used to stand in the long quies, the front lady is superbly, smilingly serving and patiently responding to our individual needs, I watch with awe at how each customer is treated with respect and dignity, I have never in a day experienced any noise from a dissatisfied customer, black or white we are all treated with utmost respect. To crown it all, FNB app was the crown of it all, she opened up the app and I bless the day it happened, I can operate all my accounts wherever I am, plus they told me I save a lot of money using the internet and the app. I proved that myself compared to the standard bank charges. I have so much peace of mind with my bank branch service, a blessing indeed in this age and time when customer service is no longer in fashion, I don't know whether I will experience this service outside of the WATERFALL MALL FNB BRANCH. KWENA IS A STAR SERVICE PROVIDER, I watch her all the time, if she's busy with another customer, a smile of acknowledgement of my presence is always enough to make me feel important and wait for my turn no matter how long. Keep up the good service to humanity, some of us it's the only place we receive batho pele spirit.
