Excellent Service

I would like to recommend Lebohang Modjadji from FNB Protea gardens for her excellent service, I had visited the branch after trying to use my app but I could not get help via app and so when I got 2 the branch she assisted after the call centre struggled to assist the problem was a bit complicated however she was so patient enough to make the calls to the relevant department until my problem was sorted because in most instances consultants would put you through on the telephone and not see to finish if uve been assister however she made sure that I was assisted and I'm delighted with the service n I wish consultants can be so passionate with their jobs and help clients willingly
