Excellent service by two gentleman at Century City FNB

I was assisted by Sibusiso at Century City. His service was extremely professional and went the extra mile for me in rounding up my estate for my late husband. I was struggling with fnb since 2023, I came to him last week for the first time to him and Fadhl Jacobs who was also excellent in listening to my concerns and escalating my issues. After just a week it has been resolved and I am able to access my money. I am truly grateful for these two gentlemen. I don't have a personal account with fnb and I was never interested in Fnb but after these interactions I am ready to switch my accounts.
