Excellent service by Ms Hazel Blom

Thanks to Ms Hazel Blom of FNB for assisting me smoothly and efficiently earlier today, to reverse a transaction I did by error. The previous night I phoned FNB's Private Suite number and the person who answered the phone referred me to another number and ended up giving up. Then today, when I phoned FNB Private Suite number for help, then Ms Blom came to my rescue. I was worried that I am already late to reverse the transaction. Keep up the good work, madam!
