Excellent Service by Faith Ndlovu FNB bank Eastgate branch.

I recently got a new FNB bank card and I used it for about two months, one day I went into a store and the card refused to work, I went to an ATM the card did not work again and there was a message that I needed to go to a branch. I then went FNB Eastgate branch and I was given ticket number 68. I asked for approximate waiting time and the guy at the door said about 30 minutes but I had no choice so I waited. Surprisingly my number was called in less than ten minutes. As I walked to the consultant who assisted me FAITH NDLOVU, I was met with a warm greetings and was offered a seat. Faith was extremely friendly and helpful and even apologized for the inconvenience I experienced in the store where I had to leave my shopping in the basket because I could not make the payment because of a faulty card. Faith asked me to inset may card in the machine and she confirmed that the card was faulty and replaced my cards immediately. Her service, tone and smile was extraordinary comparing to my previous experiences in other branches. I even asked Faith whether they receive the same training across board. Faith was top notch and is a great asset in your business. Please find a way of recognizing her service as this will make her do more. Thank you Faith Ndlovu for your excellent service.
