excellent service

I was assisted by Edlyne Rhoda @ FNB Neelsie branch with a credit application and wow did this lady turn a whole 360 on me.Not only was she prompt in answering any queries I had but she also kept me in the loop about any developments and advise on how to improve my credit rating. Her service was nothing short of amazing, professional and an absolute pleasure to have interacted with her To think when I walked into the branch the first time , not only was I very furious with my Bank , I wanted to close my account.This amasing lady convinced me not only to continue banking with FNB , but she gave me hope when I felt like giving up. I was so ******** with regards to my finances and credit health, I can't thank her enough for encouraging me to do not only the right thing , but to also be vigilent and educated when it comes to finances. I wont forget her wise words , when she told me don't give up , "there is still a silver lining". To think 1 month later , my whole mindset of my bank has been changed for good.Thank you amazing lady, I wish you all the best that life has to offer :)
