Excellent service

Thank you Pearl at Westgate mall branch for making the waiting at FNB not so bad. She made sure to apologise and keep us informed of the queue inside while we were queuing outside. She was so friendly and you could still see her smile behind the mask while taking us 1 by 1 to our seats in the branch. Thanks for your courtesy, you are a star
