Excellent Service at Craighall Branch

<p>Receiving a good service has become a taboo at my local branch Randburg square to such an extend that i have resorted to driving to a Far away branch were you can get a service. Today i went to do my banking at Craighall branch and i received an exceptional service From a gentleman called Mike Mkwa****. This gentleman is a real ambassador for FNB. From just his greeting he made us to feel welcome. The way he asked us how can i help you with a smile was a sincere gesture of someone who is really willing to help us in anyway that he can. I explained to him the assistance that i needed and this gentleman did not waste time and went straight to work. He really demonstrated excellent product knowledge in his conversation with me and made no assumptions that i know certain things but he just explained everything to the best of his ability.</p> <p> </p> <p>The process took about 30 to 40 minutes but it was like i was with him for only 10minutes, only my clock reminded me that i stayed that Long. Generally all the staff at Craighall branch are very welcoming though i felt Mike was exceptional. He really stand for the values of FNB.
