Excellent service and response received from First National Bank
<p>I lodged my complaint this morning and it was speedily resolved. Thank you to Daffnie Govender who first responded to the complaint and escalated the matter. Thank you to Wendile Masina from Personal Loans who listened, advised and closed the matter and thank you to those others who assisted in resolving this matter who names I do not know. Thank you. And thank you FNB... still my bank of choice.</p>
