I just moved into Johannesburg as a new Masters's student at UJ and the need to have a bank account became very expedient. In all of the banks to be considered, FNB at UJ campus square came highly recommended for then quality service and utmost customer care. I got in there, to my greatest astonishment, apart from proper systems put together to observe COVID-19 rules, the staff is exquisitely smart and very welcoming. I was finally attended to by Tshepiso, I must confess that this lady has quality warmth towards customers and absolute expertise about the job. She is well organized, professional, sympathetic and very helpful. Sarah Helped me complete my online registration and she's very friendly too. In a nutshell, I went home with a feeling of one that has been treated like a king and this I can't forget in a hurry.
