Excellent Service and Help from FNB staff member

I had potential ***** on my fnb bank account and had to close my cards and online banking profiles to safe guard against this.

I then had to go into a branch to reopen all the accounts and linked profiles.

Eulalie Nero was front of bank at FNB - Ferndale on Republic, and whilst directing incoming customers into the branch managed to help me and quite a number of other people in the midst of some very difficult customers.

She was both informed, capable, pleasant and helpful beyond the call of duty.

Even while a rude customer continually lost his temper and was out of line, she both dealt with that person graciously and still helped a few of us in the queue at the same time multi tasking as much as the role required.

I’m very grateful and hope Eulalie is appreciated by the business as much as myself and the other customers here today have appreciated her.
