Excellent service and great clarification

I had a complaint about bank charges and monies leaving my account without my notice. I then received a call a day later, came into the Mamelodi FNB branch and was immediately assisted by the Branch Manager, Mpho. His service was great and his explanations thorough regarding the company deducting their money from my account, assisted in tracking them down and resolving their matter. He also went out of his way to explain all my account prices. <br> <br> It's great to know there's still banks that care and go the extra mile.<br> <br> My matter was resolved and I will be staying with FNB:)!!
