<p>I would like to send my thanks and appreciation to Mrs. ****ra Marimuthu at First National Bank Chatsworth Branch, Durban for providing the excellent and prompt service to clients.</p> <p><br /> I want you to know you have an exceptional employee, having recently relocated to Johannesburg it’s such a frustration that we do not receive the same excellent service always given to us by this wonderful young lady. We would wait in the queue at your branch just so that she could attend to our queries as not all the staff offer the same level of service there. Her exceptional calm, patient, friendly and professional manner was a great help to me and my husband who both hold accounts at this branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Her knowledge of the banking products and her remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. It’s truly heart-warming to know there are client service / sales employees who are still willing to go that extra mile, even when tempers are flaring, queues are overflowing and frustrations are at an all-time high.
