Excellent service after many frustrations.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a Consultant by the name of Lukas on the FNB live chat app. After waiting for about 3 weeks for a query to be resolved, which I was promised on 21st September it would take 3-5 working days. After many fruitless and frustrating attempts to get the query resolved with other Consultants, Lukas chatted with me for well over half an hour trying everything to resolve my query. The following day he even called me back to ensure I had success, yet again he took me through step-by-step until my query was resolved. He is a gem of an employee and an amazing person. Please give him a raise!
