Unlike the norm of never-ending complaints and reports of bad service, it was a breath of fresh air to be served with the level of professionalism and courtesy that we received from Mr. Patrick McGowan. He was kind, patient and lucidly clear in his explanations and guidance in serving us as we were being assisted with the finalization of our NPO account registration for online banking. It was quite a meeting that no doubt would have taken so much longer with the usual experience from other banks but this professional's service was A+.
