Excellent Service

On Tuesday 26 May 2020, i visited Fnb (Mall of Africa) and i received excellent service from two ladies who were working together (Nomshado Thwala & Thapelo Rabodiba), i had come for assistance with business related matters, it was a lot of work for them but they were very patient, they explained every step they took in detail, even explained why steps were necessary, they helped me with using additional functions on my app. I really had a pleasant day at the bank which is very rare. The bank closed while i was still inside, i only noticed when i left because they did not rush me. Thank you ladies for this amount of professionalism and patience. Thank you Fnb for great service.
