I am taking this opportunity to thank Cindy Forbay for her excellent and friendly service. It was such a pleasure to be assisted by her. I ran out of time but she made sure that all my request was completed. I do appreciate her service. Keep it up, girl.

21 Nov 2019, 14:31Today I got a message to collect my cards. To my surprise the service was very bad today. I cannot believe you need to wait that long just to collect cards. I was 154 in the que and they said estimate waiting time is 21 minutes, I waited over 30 minutes. I am not happy with the service I got today as I honestly thought I will not wait that long just to collect a card. I mean I cant sit over my lunch break 2 times in a week at the bank. I would much appreciate it if the cards can be delivered to my work place, 300 Acacia Road, Stonemill Office Park, Cresta. I must also state that I am not willing to pay courier fees, should this be the case then you might as well cancel the cards. I also opened 3 accounts for my children and only got 2 sms for collection. I hope all 3 cards are ordered as I am not looking forward to again go spend time in the bank.
