Excellent service

I would like to applaud the excellent service I received at FNB Jubilee mall. I went there to use there ATM only to find out that they have been boomed and are not working. With that being said. All the consultants were out and about to help. The minute I got there I received assistant while I was waiting for less than 5 minutes 2 more consultants asked if they could help. Everyone way ready and willing to assist and I was out of there within 10 minutes. No excuses, just smiles and good customer service. Thank you.
