Excellent service
I received excellent service with human touch from Phindile Mboweni @ Carlswald Fnb. To her I wasn't jus a number but a valued customer. She took her time to assist me and at some point showed empathy towards my situation. We need tellers like her in this competitive industry. Ngiyabonga Phindi!

10 Sept 2022, 17:18I was attended by professionals at Fnb Carlswald today. Received great service from Mutshidzi Mabasa who was assisting my over 60 sister, thanks for being patient with her especially with issues of technology. Your tone showed professionalism throughout, humble and respectful.
Then updating my details was made faster by Osigenu. She was friendly and very efficient. She offered me other products that I will consider in future. Showed me how to navigate on App and utilize it fully. I can go on and on. Thank you so much guys.
